Safeguarding NOMA Networks via Reconfigurable Dual-Functional Surface Under Imperfect CSI

چکیده

This paper investigates the use of reconfigurable dual-functional surface to guarantee full-space secure transmission in non-orthogonal multiple access (NOMA) networks. In presence eavesdroppers, downlink communication from base station legitimate users is safeguarded by simultaneously transmitting and reflecting intelligent (STAR-RIS), where three practical operating protocols, namely energy splitting (ES), mode selection (MS), time (TS), are studied. The joint optimization power allocation, active passive beamforming investigated maximize secrecy efficiency (SEE), taking into account imperfect channel state information (CSI) all channels. For ES, approximating semi-infinite constraints with $\mathcal {S}$ -procedure general sign-definiteness, problem solved an alternating framework. Besides, proposed algorithm extended MS protocol solving a mixed-integer non-convex problem. While for TS, two-layer iterative method proposed. Simulation results show that: 1) STAR-RIS assisted NOMA networks able provide up 33.6% higher SEE than conventional RIS counterparts; 2) TS ES protocols generally preferable low high domain, respectively; 3) accuracy CSI estimation bit resolution consumption crucial reap benefits offered STAR-RIS.

Power Control for Cognitive Radio Networks under Imperfect CSI Based on Game Theory

In this paper, the problem of power control for cognitive systems is studied via game theory. The objective is to maximize the sum utility of secondary users (SUs) subject to the primary users (PUs) interference constraints, the transmission power constraints of SUs, and the signal-to-interference-plus-noise ratio (SINR) constraint of each SU. In our earlier work, the problem was formulated as ...

Joint Beamforming and Power Allocation Cognitive Radio Networks under Imperfect CSI

Traditional beamforming and power control algo-rithms in cognitive radio (CR) are based on the assumption of perfect channel state information (CSI) however; this may lead to performance degradation in realistic systems. In this paper, the problem of joint beamforming and power control is investigated in underlay CR networks with imperfect CSI. Our objective is to maximize the sum utility of se...

Secure Communication for Two-Way Relay Networks with Imperfect CSI

This paper considers a two-way relay network, where two source nodes exchange messages through several relays in the presence of an eavesdropper, and the channel state information (CSI) of the eavesdropper is imperfectly known. The amplify-and-forward relay protocol is used and the relay beamforming weights are designed. The model is built up to minimize the total relay transmit power while gua...

Resource Allocation for Broadband Wireless Access Networks with Imperfect CSI

The high deployment and maintenance costs of last mile wireline networks (i.e., DSL and cable networks) have urged service providers to search for new cost-effective solutions to provide broadband connectivity. Broadband wireless access (BWA) networks, which offer a wide coverage area and high transmission rates in addition to their fast and low-cost deployment, have emerged as an alternative t...

On the MIMO Capacity with Imperfect CSI

Multiple-input multiple-output (MIMO) antenna systems provide high capacity gain over a single-antenna system. This gain is maximised when channel state information (CSI) is available at the transmitter. In practice, however, only partial information could be obtained. In this paper, we shall present a study of the MIMO system capacity in the case of imperfect CSI. It is found that in the case ...
